Cordillera is excited to introduce Argyle Liberty Lake, the next community in the Argyle portfolio following the successful delivery of Argyle Southridge in Kennewick, Washington.
Planned as a 288-unit multifamily community with complementary commercial components, Argyle Liberty Lake represents the next step in our continued effort to develop thoughtful, durable, and highly livable rental communities throughout the Pacific Northwest.
This project builds directly on the lessons learned at Argyle Southridge, carrying forward what worked well while continuing to refine our building designs, unit layouts, amenity programming, and overall resident experience.
In addition to new residential buildings designed for the site, the project is planned to include a food cart pod and neighborhood-oriented commercial components intended to create a stronger connection between the community and the surrounding area.
As with every Argyle community, the goal is not simply to deliver new housing, but to create a place that feels considered, connected, and built for long-term value.
