We are proud to announce the completion of Argyle Southridge in Kennewick, Washington — the first community in the Argyle portfolio and a defining milestone for Cordillera.
Set on just over eight acres adjacent to Southridge High School and Trios Health Hospital, the community delivers 182 residences ranging from studio apartments to live-work townhomes, designed around the high-desert landscape of the Columbia Basin.
At the heart of the community is a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool and spa, community room, work lounge, game room, and professional pet-wash station. The food cart pavilion now serves as a true neighborhood hub for residents, students, and hospital staff alike.
From early entitlements through groundbreaking, construction, and the "Wildlife of Kennewick" mural program, this project reflects years of work by an exceptional team.
