Argyle Southridge

Argyle Southridge is where the Argyle idea became real. Set on just over eight acres in Kennewick's Southridge neighborhood — adjacent to Southridge High School and Trios Health Hospital — the community brings 182 residences ranging from studio apartments to live-work townhomes to one of the Tri-Cities' fastest-growing districts.

The design draws directly from the high-desert landscape of the Columbia Basin: calming earth tones, generous daylight, and outdoor space woven into everyday life. At its heart is a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center that opens to a resort-style pool and spa, a community room, a work lounge, a game room, and a professional pet-wash station.
