Southridge – Kennewick, WA Groundbreaking Ceremony

Last week, Cordillera formally celebrated the groundbreaking of our Argyle at Southridge community, and we couldn't be more thrilled.

Standing over the future 6,000 sf clubhouse, Bill Hardt, Greg Elmore, Shannon Grey Hardt, and Holly Elmore, JD drove shovels into the ground to commemorate this monumental achievement.

Thank you to SĀJ Architecture, Eichler Construction Group, and all members of the design and construction team for the extraordinary work required to reach this point.

We also want to extend our gratitude to the City of Kennewick and the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce for your constant support and dedication to the success of our project.
