Argyle Liberty Lake has reached 100% Design Development, marking an important milestone as the project advances toward pricing, permitting, and future groundbreaking.
The Community
Argyle Liberty Lake is Cordillera's largest Argyle community to date — 288 residences rising on the eastern edge of the Spokane metro, in one of Washington's fastest-growing communities.
The design leans into what makes Liberty Lake special: abundant daylight, generous shared space, and a layout planned for long-term neighborhood fit rather than short-term density. Homes are organized around amenities meant to be used every day, from gathering spaces to the outdoor commons.
