Argyle Liberty Lake Reaches 100% Design Development

Argyle Liberty Lake has reached 100% Design Development, marking an important milestone as the project continues moving from design into the next phases of preconstruction.
Working alongside SĀJ Architecture and Whipple Consulting Engineers, the Cordillera team has continued refining a site-specific approach for the next Argyle community, including new 24-unit building designs and layouts tailored specifically for Liberty Lake.
The project also includes an expanded and improved amenity package, with planned features such as an improved dog park, bike barn, community garden, enhanced fitness space, and an upgraded pool and spa experience.
With 100% Design Development complete, several key workstreams are now advancing in parallel, including pricing, site and civil permitting, and preparations for a future groundbreaking.
This milestone reflects the continued evolution of the Argyle platform: taking the foundation established at Argyle Southridge and improving the design, programming, and resident experience for the next community.
