Cordillera’s latest community, located in Kennewick’s Southridge neighborhood, is progressing well through the entitlement process.
We are thrilled to share the latest interior design concepts and renderings of the amenity clubhouse at our Southridge community in Kennewick.
Drawing from the surrounding landscapes, the design is rooted in calming earth tones. The clubhouse itself will offer our tenants a state-of-the-art fitness center that opens to the outdoor pool, game room for the family, a place to gather in the community room, quiet spaces in our work lounge, professional pet-wash station, and a centralized mail room that ensures packages are secure and dry.
