As In-House Counsel, Holly looks for legally sensitive issues, reviews contracts, stays on top of the company’s progress, and sends information to third-party consultants. She brings to the table 15 years of experience running a medical practice, which comes with various legal pitfalls and contract negotiations. She knows how to spot problems within a company.

Holly received her Bachelor Degree in Political Science with a minor in ethics at Texas A&M University. She then went on to get her law degree at Willamette University in 1997. She has spent the last decade and a half working in the trial arena with jurors, honing in on her communication style. Most of her career has been spent working on methods of communication, including learning how people receive information and what they need to feel comfortable. She believes communication is the most important thing you can bring to a company.

In 2006, Holly received an Outstanding Service Award from the former Attorney General of Oregon. Her goal is to do good work with people who share her values.

Holly loves spending time with her husband of 31 years and two children.
