As Co-Founder, Greg works on coordinating real estate development projects from start to finish. He is highly proficient in land use, entitlement, and permitting, and he works hand in hand with architects and engineers. Greg is widely known in the industry for his integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Having appeared before local city councils, planning boards, and neighborhood groups throughout the country for the last 25+ years has made him a seasoned and intuitive real estate development professional.

Greg is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, holding a Bachelor of Environmental Design. He relocated to Oregon in 1994 and spent the next 24 years working in architecture, site design and space planning, helping develop one of the West Coast’s premier senior living portfolios. Greg left the architecture field in 2018 after several years as a senior manager and began working as a professional land use consultant and project coordinator.

Over the years, Greg has had the opportunity to master a deep understanding of the intricacies of state and local ordinances and statutes. He offers an exceptional skill set, including analysis of a variety of land use and entitlement situations.

Greg and his wife live in Oregon with their golden retriever puppy, Pearl. After-hours, Greg enjoys spending time outdoors and building furniture.
