Cordillera’s latest community, located in Kennewick’s Southridge neighborhood, is progressing well through the entitlement process. Feedback from the local building and planning commissions, as well as the surrounding neighborhood associations, has been extremely positive and well received. Currently, design development is progressing on schedule with the goal of breaking ground early Q1 2024.
Located on just over 8 acres adjacent to Southridge High School and Trios Health Hospital, our Southridge development will consist of 182 well-appointed residential units, ranging from studio style apartments to live-work townhomes. Residents will have access to amenity rich spaces that include large park areas for picnics and walking pets, a custom playground for the family to enjoy, pool and shared patio space, state of the art gym, and a tech forward clubhouse.
Central to our core belief of creating communities that enhance the surrounding neighborhoods, the Southridge development will be home to Kennewick’s newest food cart pavilion.
