As Development Manager, Morgan focuses on managing ongoing construction projects while driving process improvement and supporting technical application development initiatives across the organization. He brings a rare combination of construction insight and software expertise, helping teams streamline operations and adopt effective technology solutions.

An Oregon native and proud Oregon State alumnus, Morgan began his career as a mechanical engineer at General Motors, where he worked on vehicle aerodynamics programs. He later transitioned into construction engineering and management, working for a general contractor on a large data center project, where he developed a practical understanding of how construction projects are executed in the field.

Most recently, Morgan served as a Senior Solutions Architect at Procore Technologies, where he partnered with customers to design custom integrations with the Procore platform, consulted on best practices, and managed software projects from concept through go-live. A defining career milestone was his transition from construction engineering into software development—set in motion by a cross-country bicycle trip from Virginia to Oregon.

Based in Bend, Oregon, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors snowboarding, camping, and backpacking, often accompanied by his red heeler, Dale.
