As Co-Founder, Bill works on the overall company insight and management. Bill is an accomplished real estate development and construction management executive with over 40 years of experience offering broad-based business and management experience in various multi-million and billion-dollar projects.

Bill is a great communicator who is proud to have worked alongside world-class developers throughout his career who are some of the largest and top developers in the nation. His strengths include leadership, administration, supervising, planning, organizing, and resolving issues. He is proficient in directing land acquisition, pre-development planning, entitlements, initial project development costing, overall project supervision, and adhering to project completion dates and close-out procedures.

Not only is Bill cost-conscious and profit-motivated, but he also recommends value engineering alternatives to decrease project costs without sacrificing quality. He prides himself on delivering projects on schedule and within budget. One of his proudest professional achievements is overseeing the development for “The Bravern” project, which was one of the largest urban in-fill mixed-use project costs in the country with a budget in excess of $1 billion.

Bill, most importantly, treasures time with his family, but as often as he gets time, he loves to fly. As a backcountry pilot, Bill enjoys jumping into a plane any chance he gets to find that special fly fishing hole.
