"Coming Soon" to Idaho
Cordillera is actively designing and developing a new community in Idaho — bringing our vision for rooted, livable neighborhoods to a new state.
The Community
Argyle Canyon Rim marks Argyle's first community in Idaho — 192 residences perched above the dramatic Snake River Canyon in Twin Falls, one of the Mountain West's fastest-growing small cities.
Here, the high-desert topography and abundant daylight define the design from the ground up. The community is planned to make the most of its extraordinary setting, framing views and outdoor space while delivering the settled, amenity-rich living that defines every Argyle community.
Currently in progress, Canyon Rim extends Cordillera's vision for rooted, livable neighborhoods into a new state — designed to feel like a natural part of Twin Falls from day one.
